On a mission to share with the world ballet experiences/tips/adventures I’ve had, or are experiencing right now as a ballerina, and the fuel that keeps me going through that! Being wheat, rice, and oat free, people big on whole foods will want to read what keeps me energized having food restrictions! (If you follow my thoughts in the blog, it shouldn’t feel like restrictions anymore, though!) Incase the fondufondue piece still doesn’t fully make sense… I LOVE most foods starting with “c”…chocolate and cheese being just two of my grain-free staples. Keep reading my blog, and explore the pictures in which I get to melt chocolate and cheese, making fondue! As for the fondu without an “e”, it’s one of the ballet moves that can be hard to achieve!

“Melt, melt, straight!” I will break down the ballet step, fondu, a little bit more in a future post, but that’s a signature line for that combination!
